If it's the 4th of July weekend then the 2015 Hoosier Tire US Formula 1000 Championship Fueled by Sunoco must be at Watkins Glen International for the annual double weekend. Rounds 7 and 8 were held over the holiday weekend with some new names on the grid and familiar names at the front. After three rounds of qualifying, the top three spots on the grid looked similar to past weekends with J.R. Osborne taking the pole.
